plural noun: knuckleheads

Definition: We know the first Harley Davidson engine was called The Knucklehead and we love the bikes but that is not the reason for our name. We know the Three Stooges referenced “Knuckleheads” many times and we love them but that is not the reason why. While we take our beer and food produced at the brewery seriously, we do not take ourselves seriously….thus the term for us has become, Knuckleheads!

Knucklehead Craft Brewing first opened it's doors in December 2014. Being a family run business, family is most important to us, and because of this, our customers and staff have become a part of what we call, our Knucklehead family.

Whether it's the soup of the week, tacos on our Taco Tuesday's or our dips and paninis, every food item we put out for our customers is something that we take a lot of pride in. Knucklehead Craft Brewing, is truly about serving our community. Giving it a place where cell phones aren't needed, televisions aren't on, you can have a face-to-face conversation with our bartenders, maybe someone that you've never met before, and truly become friends with a stranger.
