Foodlink & Kathy’s Kreme Ale Partnership

Attention knuckleheads….

Starting January 28th and continuing on until February 17th, Knucklehead will donate $1.00 for every pint of Kathy’s Kreme Ale sold at the brewery to support Foodlink!

This campaign is in co-ordination with Tops and other local grocery stores during the same timeframe.

As you may be aware, Knucklehead has been Blessed to be voted “Best Alcoholic Beverage” at Foodlink’s Festival of Food for the last three consecutive years thanks to you and others voting for us!

So, stop in to Knucklehead, lift a pint of Kathy’s Kreme Ale and know that $1.00 is going to support Foodlink!

Cheers

Limited Release Party for De Sour Fisher

The barrel began its life with bourbon, then a couple years with Applejack, a brief stint with our Truce, then finished with a sour raspberry stout (aged for about one year).

Come enjoy Knucklehead’s first sour beer. We took four flats of raspberries from our buddies out at De Fisher Farms / Apple Country Spirits, blended them down, strained them, repeated this a couple of times, then dumped it all into the barrel (thus the red on the barrel top).

What resulted is an aromatic bouquet of fresh raspberries followed by an earthy chocolaty wooden complexity finished with a subtle sour note.

This is a must try. The beer is officially launched on Wednesday, January 24 at 4:00.
Cheers

We usually go through about 300 tacos! You will be able to enjoy three varieties of tacos on the FIRST Tuesday of each month. The fish tacos sold out so fast that they will be making another appearance! Tacos are $3 and all pints will be $1 off.

And of course the best music all night long.
